At Beckmann Norway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new backpack or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
